4th Annual Dragon Boat Races,Kite & Lantern Festival

The 4th Annual Dragon Boat Races,Kite & Lantern Festival was, without doubt, a success. The grounds were filled with people. Some changes from last year involved moving some areas a bit because of the 2.1 Million Capital Improvements under way at Lake Carolyn. However, completed areas replaced the old ones and it was more just relocating where you sat than anything else. I am anxious for next year already because of the expansion along the canals. All being said,it was a lot of fun! The fire boat was in for repairs so no water cannon this year. AARGH! Miss the fire boat!!
